Cam Cup 2026

The Cam Cup 2026 was sailed in a fairly steady easterly breeze of around 12 knots, giving the 20 competing teams lively but manageable conditions throughout the day. Southampton Green set the early pace, moving into first place during the second round and then holding the top spot for the remainder of the opening stage.

Behind them, Exeter Black remained consistently near the front, while Bonbonbonbons produced one of the strongest recoveries of the day. After starting at the back of the fleet, they climbed steadily through the rankings and reached third by the final round. Castaways and RLYC Foxes had also spent much of the stage in the leading group, but both dropped places in the last round and missed out on progressing to the final stages.

The knockouts produced a final between Bonbonbonbons and Oxford Blue, with Bonbonbonbons completing their remarkable comeback by winning two races to one and taking the overall title. Southampton Green recovered from their semi-final defeat to beat Exeter Black 2–0 in the petit final, securing third place after an otherwise dominant performance across the earlier rounds.
